1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BJT Advisory (ABN 29 962 630 907), operated by Belinda Jane Thompson. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

BJT Advisory provides project and business management advisory services, including but not limited to:

• Strategy consulting and business planning
• Project management and oversight
• Operational excellence and process improvement
• Business growth and expansion advisory
• Due diligence and market analysis

Specific services will be outlined in a separate engagement letter or service agreement.

3. Engagement and Fees

All engagements will be subject to a written agreement specifying the scope of work, fees, payment terms, and deliverables. Fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms will be specified in the engagement agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not received in accordance with agreed terms.

4. Client Obligations

To enable us to provide our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information as requested
• Make decisions and provide approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure appropriate personnel are available for consultations
• Pay fees in accordance with the agreed payment terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our methodologies, frameworks, tools, and pre-existing materials remain the property of BJT Advisory. Upon full payment, you will receive a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables created specifically for your engagement.

You retain ownership of all information and materials you provide to us, and grant us a licence to use such materials solely for the purpose of providing our services.

6. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information you provide to us and will not disclose such information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. This obligation continues after the termination of our engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable legislation:

• Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on our advice where you have not provided accurate or complete information

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BJT Advisory from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any third party rights.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice as specified in the engagement agreement. Upon termination:

• You will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date
• We will deliver all completed work product
• Both parties will return or destroy confidential information as requested

10. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission

11. Disclaimer

12. Governing Law
